Nationwide Services
Carolina Fiber Communications, Inc. provides services across the United States, Canada and Mexico via our own certified technicians and/or through our strategic relationships with pre-qualified providers of communications cabling and certified network technicians. Each partner is carefully pre-screened for success in today’s challenging network environments.
Our nationwide program allows Carolina Fiber Communications, Inc. to provide on-site support for our clients while maintaining high industry standards in project design, engineering and management.
Although we maintain a strong nationwide network, we also believe it is in the best interest of our customer to establish one point of contact with Carolina Fiber Communications, Inc. for all issues relating to each project. At CFC, every project is assigned a highly trained Project Coordinator who serves as the central point of contact related to the project. This person, will provide regular project updates, chair project meetings, provide project schedules and ensure the execution of an on-time, on-budget project. Our goal is to provide excellent service in response to each customer and reduce the amount of time and money that the customer must spend managing the project.
